Michael Ladipo is a Venture Capital Investor with a focus on fostering innovation and social impact. He is an Investor with the Ruthless for Good Fund, a venture capital firm dedicated to investing in pre-seed and seed-stage companies within the education, future of work, and access innovation sectors. The fund emphasizes support for founders from historically resilient and enterprising backgrounds, particularly BIPOC and women entrepreneurs, who are committed to generating both financial value and positive societal impact. In addition to his role at Ruthless for Good, Michael serves as an angel investor with Chicago Early Growth Ventures, where he continues to champion early-stage ventures. His prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations at Discover Financial Services, Venture Fellow at Impact America Fund, and Investment Banker at Prairie Capital Advisors.

Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
