Veronica N. Ngatia is the Director of Service Delivery. Veronica’s role involves shaping Shamiri programs and implementation strategies and ensuring they are implemented to the highest standard.

Veronica worked as a therapist for 4 years before joining Shamiri Institute as a Supervisor. In her time as a therapist, she worked with a wide range of clients in need of psychosocial support. Since 2022, Veronica has managed program implementation at Shamiri Institute.

Veronica holds a Master of Arts (Counselling Psychology) from Kenyatta University.

Veronica intentionally prioritizes spending time with close family and friends. She also schedules personal time for quietness and reflection.
